Our Service Area

We serve Massachusetts residents living in Essex County, Middlesex County and the Boston area. Certain programs such as the Personal Care Assistance (PCA) Program or the Northeast Recovery Learning Community (NERLC) have expanded or reduced service areas due to funding requirements. If you have questions about a specific program, do not hesitate to ask NILP staff about which Center for Independent Living (CIL) is appropriate for your location.
